Do I really get a free mockup?
Yes. Tell me about your business and within 3–5 days I'll send a custom homepage mockup. There's no cost and no obligation. If it isn't right for you, you walk away and owe nothing.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit only once you've seen the mockup and want to move forward. The remaining 50% is due at launch, when your site is live.
How much does a website cost?
Starter one-page sites start at $750 and Business sites with up to 5 custom pages start at $1,500, and Custom sites with 6+ pages start at $2,500, quoted by scope. Care plans start at $49/mo, Google profile management is $99/mo, review requests are $49/mo, the Local Growth bundle is $149/mo, and a logo & branding refresh starts at $350. You get a fixed quote before any work begins.
How does Google profile access work?
You add hooman@ballonadigital.com as a manager on your Google Business Profile. It takes about 2 minutes, and I send step-by-step instructions by email. You stay the owner and can remove access anytime. No calls or meetings needed.
How do review requests work?
After a visit, your customer gets a short, friendly email with a direct link to leave a Google review. It runs automatically for $49/mo. Setup happens entirely by email.
What is the Local Growth bundle?
For $149/mo you get the Care plan, Google profile management, and review requests together, which saves $48/mo compared with booking them separately.
What if I need more than 5 pages?
That's what the Custom plan is for. Sites with 6+ pages, larger service catalogs, multiple locations, blogs, online store or booking integrations, or custom features start at $2,500 and are quoted by scope. You still get the free homepage mockup first, and the 50% deposit is due only if you love it, with the balance at launch. Request a quote and I'll reply by email.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included in every project, so the site ends up the way you want it.
How do we communicate?

How long does a website take?
The mockup arrives in 3–5 days. Most small business sites launch within a few weeks after that, depending on the number of pages and how quickly content and feedback come together.
Do I need to write the content myself?
No. I can write the copy from a short questionnaire by email, or polish what you already have.
Will I own my website and domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and you own the site and its content.
What about hosting?
Most sites run on fast, low-cost or free hosting. I'll recommend what fits and handle the setup.
Can you help people find us on Google?
Yes. Every site is built with search basics in place, and I can set up and optimize your Google Business Profile for local searches.
Do you only work with Westside businesses?
The studio focuses on Westchester, Culver City, Playa Vista, and nearby neighborhoods, but I'm happy to work with businesses elsewhere too.
